Check, Credit Cards, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks
AVLI accepts MasterCard and Visa, as well as checks, money orders, and cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
If you choose to pay by check, please send payment along with a completed AVLI Order Form to the address below. Please be sure to write your e-mail address on the check or money order so we may properly credit your account.

We are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't ship the items to you until funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order by two weeks.
Purchase Orders
AVLI accepts Purchase Orders (POs) from schools, hospitals, government organizations, and corporations upon approval. Please fax Purchase Order to 1-813-932-9583, attention AVLI.
Placing Offline Orders
If you prefer to place your order offline, AVLI offers a number of options:
- Print out and complete an AVLI Order Form, and fax it, along with your credit card information, to 1-813-932-9583.
- Call us at 1-813-932-1184, and we will process your order via phone.

Shipping Information
AVLI ships in-stock items immediately. We will make every effort to send your order in one box, however part of your order may be delayed due to item availability. Your package may be shipped via U.S. Postal Service or Federal Express, depending on your shipping selection, cost and availability of service. On and near U.S. holidays and the week between December 25th and January 2nd, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed.
U.S. Shipping
Your shipping cost will appear in your Shopping Cart during the ordering process. Online shipping and handling is calculated using United States Post Office rates.
You will be charged an additional shipping fee if we have to re-ship an item due to an address error. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

International Shipping
Your shipping cost will appear in your Shopping Cart during the ordering process. Online shipping and handling is calculated using United States Post Office rates.
International customers should be aware that orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. All customs and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from AVLI, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type. International customers and customers shipping products internationally should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. AVLI may provide certain order, shipment and product information to international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
AVLI will do everything possible to deliver our products to international destinations safely and efficiently. Our ability to deliver items internationally is impacted by a number of variables, including international shipping restrictions, security issues, and the import policies of different nations.
If you feel that special steps are needed to ensure delivery of your AVLI order to an international destination, please contact us. We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. Please note: AVLI cannot guarantee receipt of international deliveries, and if you choose to place an international order, you do so at your own risk.

Return Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with all AVLI merchandise. If you change your mind about an item(s) you ordered, you may return the item(s) unopened within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling.
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) from AVLI, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery. After receiving the item(s), we will send you a replacement(s) or issue a refund, whichever you prefer. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. Please note: Video recordings and interactive CD-ROMs may be exchanged for exact replacement only.
To return item(s), follow the instructions on the Return Request Form that was included in your AVLI order and include the completed form in your package. This form explains how to obtain a return authorization number from AVLI, which you will need in order to receive credit for returned merchandise. We recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked when returning merchandise - such as certified U.S. mail, UPS, or FedEx - as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
NOTE: If you paid by credit card, your account will be credited with the return amount. If you paid by check, AVLI will automatically issue a refund check upon receipt of your return. This check will be mailed via the U.S. Postal Service to the billing address listed in your AVLI account.
