Bolesta’s professional development program is led by Auditory-Verbal therapists who believe in our philosophy and have a commitment to the Bolesta Model. Through this Model, a multi-disciplinary approach to training and advancement is followed to include AVLI multi-media products, on-site immersion program, and an off-site, needs-based training program.

The Professional Development program at Bolesta offers a range of educational experiences including:

• Direct observation and co-therapy with a Auditory-Verbal Therapist
• Question and answer session with Auditory-Verbal Therapist
• Videotape observation
• Detailed analysis of live and videotaped therapy sessions
• On-site visits to your facility or school
• Direct observation of therapist and/or teacher with written feedback provided
• Lecture/presentations to group of professionals in your local area
• Participation in pediatric audiology exams
• Participation in public and private school teacher consultations
